Peaceful Perth Hills cottage on a large block. Calm home, not a party house. Best suited to someone private, tidy, and self-contained, FIFO or a quiet local who likes their own space. One flatmate only.

The room

Approx 3m x 3.3m. Furniture can stay or go. Extra wardrobe / hanging space available if you need it. Double bed and the furniture in the photos are included if you want them.

There is also a separate room as additional lounge/reading room that can be shared for own space.

The home

Renovated 4 × 1.5 cottage on ~1000m². Modern kitchen, living and laundry. Filtered mains water. One main bathroom, plus a private outdoor bath/shower. Flatmate has mostly exclusive use of a separate toilet and vanity.
Boho, calm, lots of outdoor space. Resident cat Gypsy. Native visitors: quenda, birds, possums. Electric gate, secure parking, full security. Extra garage storage if needed.

Kalamunda has walks, wineries, markets and a village feel. About 20–25 minutes to the airports.

Who it will suit

Someone who tidies up after themselves, respects privacy, and is happy with a quiet house. I like my own space in the evenings and I offer the same in return. Not a fit for loud households, heavy visitors, or anyone who needs a very social housemate.
