Hi,
Easygoing, fun, friendly, fit and healthy household looking for a new house mate.
Very low key and quiet at times as we work a lot still can be social, food and banter.
House is nice and has large ducted air con /heated rooms, good kitchen space.
Big dinning room and lounge room area.
House is minutes from the uni, hospital, shops and gyms, have a heap of parks and sports centres, tennis & basketball ball courts all minutes away.
It’s 10mins to the city or Fremantle.
I work days and nights on a swing roster, there is another person here but will be moving out as he’s doing fifo.
There is a catch, I own 2, big young 2 1/2yr old dogs, male and female. They are a lot fun but I need the house mate to be good with dogs and maybe let them in and out if I’m not home. Etc.
