$430 / wk - 3 Private Rooms + Own Bathroom (Kardinya)
Available From Aug 31 to April 13th (breaking lease) with possibility to re-sign

I'm looking for a replacement as breaking a sublease - you'll be taking over to sublet from my current housemate in Kardinya.

You'll have a 3rd of the house to yourself, sharing with just one other housemate (female).

YOUR ROOMS:
Your private space includes a bedroom, your own private study/office and a third room which can be your own lounge room/yoga room etc ... all up 3 rooms (3x4m, 3x3m, 3x3m).

You have your own bathroom, with bath, and separate toilet.

Rooms will be empty, but some furnishings can be included (medium sized couch for study, desk, single couch).

You'll have a parking spot on the driveway.

THE HOME:
The home is spacious, quiet and peaceful with a great garden to relax in. It is a clean, tidy, minimalistic home, a touch retro and eco friendly. It is not a party house but friendly and sociable.

The middle of the home is the shared space, which has a kitchen, dining room, sitting room, lounge room which opens onto a covered patio full of greenery and grapes. The other end has the laundry and biodynamic herb garden and fruit trees (lots of lemons).

Your housemate occupies the front of the home with her bedroom and ensuite, sitting room and office.

LOCATION
Opposite the house is a park/reserve with beautiful trees.
8min walk to Murdoch University.
Very close to Murdoch train station and bus stops
3min drive to Kardinya Shops
The Fremantle beaches are a short drive as is the Swan River at Point Walter.

PRICE & PERIOD
$430 per week + shared bills (est avg ~$15 / week)

Lease period:
From date of agreed move in (around Aug 31) up to April 13th 2027 (possibility to re-sign lease under a new agreement)
