The house in nothing flash, was built in 1959 so very old style, rooms are small and inside house is pretty small but cosy. Has a big front and back yard which is very private, behind the house is a trail that leads to the swan view tunnel and national parks, there is a public school oval across the road and is definitely not a concrete jungle built area. Midland gate is 5 mins down the road, plenty of room to park cars.

About the occupants
I’m a 23 year old female who lives alone with my dog Scramble. I work a 50 hour week and go on long walks or outings every afternoon with my dog and spend every weekend doing things with him or general house duties, I’m not home a whole lot and the expenses are too much for a single person to cover anymore. I’m pretty too myself and like to watch Netflix most nights in bed, don’t really go out and am friendly and respectful.

I have a 1 and a half year old dog called Scramble. He is a rescue and is non destructive, chilled out and my best mate. Been told a few times he looks like scooby doo, he is a big dog but very friendly.
