Looking for accommodation in a trendy location? Somewhere close to the city, cafes and shops? A place that also has a pool for summer.

Well look no further than my tidy 2x2 apartment in the centre of Leederville. It's in a fantastic location - directly across the road from the cafes, pubs, restaurants, 24hr IGA, and only 5 mins walk to the train station which is just one stop out from the city. I've lived here for years, it's just too convenient a place to leave : )

The apartment and room are furnished, clean and tidy, and there's a little bit of free space/storage for your gear if need be. It's a 2x2 so the laundry/bathroom is all yours, I've got an ensuite attached to my room. There's also a small balcony, as well as the complex's communal pool. I work full time during the week, keep myself busy with the gym and various hobbies on my free time and am easy to get along with.

The time frame on the room would suit people looking for short term stays, a couple of months tops, as I'm not sure hot much longer I'll be in this place for.
