HOUSE is located in a great are, 7 km from Perth in a quaiet location. BEDROOM is no big but have all you need . Air-conditioning ,heating study are. All bedding including sheets,pillowcases,quilt,blankets , towels are provided and laundered regularly enduring clean and fresh environment.

You will be sharing place with 60 yeats old grandmother and her adult son.just to be polite ,clean and respectful is all what is needed to make life Bea. I spend most time studying or writing or in a garden. I do not cook much so no problem with sharing a kitchen. The only no no is a loud music. There is a bbq are ,you can have visitors sometimes . Just treated like a part of family. I have my other son and w grandchildren 4 and 7 visiting sometimes during g a day Saturday or Sunday for around 3 hours 2 a month .
