About occupants
I work weekdays starting early morning as a bricklayer but spend most of my time outside of that to music, shopping for records or producing it in my home studio.

When I get the chance to on weekends I enjoy going out to watch the footy or watch live music. We are one stop away from the city by bus and the victoria park bus station is right out front of the complex. I spend a lot of time eating and drinking out in the city and in Albany hwy strip.

I like to keep the place pretty tidy but I’m not a nazi. Just after someone who makes an effort and doesn’t take the piss. The place is very easy to keep clean!

The place came with a brand new fridge, washing machine and dryer which was included in the rental price.
