We have 2 separate TV areas so there is always the option to have your own space in the evenings if you want it. The kitchen/dining has recently been renovated so we are a little protective of the new kitchen 🙈 so someone who also takes pride in keeping things clean and in good condition would be perfect for us!
The house is a 5 bed, 2 x bath so lots of space!
We are located only a 5 minute walk to Kingsway Shopping Centre, a 5 minute drive to either Greenwood or Warwick train station and have various bus stops around us.

Hi, I’m Michelle, I’m 33 and work full time as a Learning and Development consultant for a Recruitment Agency and once a week teach a group fitness class. I’m pretty lucky I get to work from home full time but occasionally go into the office in the city. My hobbies include going to the gym, playing netball, Pilates, coastal walks and catching up with friends.
My fiancé Ethan, also lives in the house. He is 32 and works full time in Procurement for a Fire Truck/Rescue vehicle Modification business. His hobbies include playing basketball, running, watching footy and basketball, 4x4’ing, fishing, camping and having a beer with his mates.
As a couple we are busy most weekends and will usually be in and out of the house. Party days are definitely past us but we are quite social and do host the odd BBQ or games night from time to time. We have recently done some big renovations so there are still doing odd little jobs around the house that we will be working through but nothing that will disrupt the house or cause noise/smells.
We are looking for 2 x female housemates as we have 2 x spare rooms available. We are only wanting 5 month agreements, between now and Christmas, no extensions I’m afraid. The ideal would be a FIFO worker but we are open to anyone working full time. Someone who is very clean as I’ve mentioned we are a bit protective of our new kitchen 😂

We really are just looking for a flatmate who is easy going, very clean, respects our home and the belongings in it and someone who is happy to have a chat if we find ourselves both cooking/meal prepping.
We would love our flatmate to feel comfortable in the house so that they can freely watch tv in the lounge and not feel the need to go into their room. But also understand some solo time is much needed some days!
