We’re offering the master bedroom with private ensuite in our beautifully maintained apartment, just 5 min walking from Maylands Station, and are looking for a like-minded female housemate who values comfort, privacy and a calm living environment. The room is bright, spacious and thoughtfully set up with a queen bed, air conditioning and a dedicated desk, making it ideal for both rest and study.

The apartment is located within a secure, quiet and well-maintained complex featuring premium facilities including a swimming pool, gym, BBQ area and residents’ common spaces.

We are seeking a female only housemate who is clean, organised and respectful, a non-smoker (no smoking or vaping), and either a working professional, FIFO worker or student. This home is best suited to someone who appreciates a peaceful, tidy and well-balanced lifestyle.
