Looking for a new Housemate to join me and my Furbaby in Merriwa, 3 bedrooms and a study. 1 of these room will be for guests, close to beach and public transport and not too far from shops
Will have private bathroom only share with potential guest with be rarely.
Parking on verge, can try garage but may be a tight fit
Secure yard - having green thumbs would be a bonus
Only 2 people will be living at house - Quite and chill household The home is safe, relaxed, and well-maintained – perfect for someone who enjoys a calm living environment, enjoy movie night and socialising, happy to share meal/ drinks now and then
Must be dog friendly, have staffy mix who loves all people, no cats or other pets

Description of pets
I also have a 2-year-old Staffy mix who is a lovable ball of energy. She absolutely loves making friends, enjoys plenty of pats and cuddles, and is a bit of a goofy character. She’s very affectionate and social, though sometimes forgets how strong she is or how much she weighs!

She’s an indoor/outdoor dog with a doggy door, so she comes and goes as she pleases. She does have a bit of anxiety at times, so I’m looking for someone who is comfortable around dogs and understanding of her playful, energetic nature.
