Description of the home

We are two close mates looking for two others to join us in a beautiful Mosman Park mansion.

We are both 30 years old in professional careers as a doctor & pilot and would value having housemates who are respectful and easy going, yet also keen to have fun sometimes and be social.

Both of us enjoy spending time in the ocean; have active lifestyles at the gym/yoga/pilates; like to cook healthy food and share meals; and every now then have a few drinks and enjoy ourselves. We always love meeting new social groups and would welcome that in our place.

The house has three stories with multiple living areas including a massive chill room downstairs and outside bbq area; big kitchen with two separate stoves (hint hint any food preppers); comes with flexible furnishing (so we can use some of the current or our own furniture). There are five bedrooms all with aircon; ideally we'd like to have 4 occupied and one as a spare bed. The two vacant rooms both have their own bathrooms as semi-ensuite. Given the expanse of the house it's big enough to find a quiet area for your own space or come together in the lounge areas and all hangout, depending on the mood.
