Hi everyone I have a personally leased house in Mosman Park some 300m from the river surrounded by natural bush abundant birdlife and walking trails. In fact, the Kookaburra’s often announce the start and end of each day.
Amenities such as Tennis, Bowling and Golf Clubs, shopping, café’s and public transport are close at hand.

Bedrooms available both have good cupboard space installed and plenty of room for additional bedroom furniture.

Study: 3m * 3m unfurnished.
Outdoor living is good at the front of the property however the potential lies to the rear East & West sides.
They need some love and I have approached the owners though the real estate provider for possible funds for a makeover to which I will do, and help appreciated though no obligation.

Hello I am a professional Instrument/Electrical Technician and have recently returned to Perth from a 15m contract with the Australian Antarctic Division, I was stationed at Casey Research Station. In my past life I have lived many years in Adelaide however visited Perth on many occasions for social and work so eventually finding myself living here for several years before the AAD contract is not surprising. It has opened many doors and great to be refreshed by the Indian Ocean every day possible and keeping fit.
I have fabulous friends here and Adelaide to Hobart via Melbourne and Darwin but ultimately Perth is now home. I also enjoy the music scene, socialising, reading many things plus cooking and travel.
Compatible people
Those who good house habits, clean up as found after cooking etc and keep their personal belongings out of shared spaces. Care about the environment in which they live and to that the wider world environment.
Non introverted people and social plus more left leaning than right, I am however inclined to not share my personal views politics and religion.

Description of pets
I have no pets though open to a dog as I spend a lot of time at the dog beach wishing I had one.
