Located on Scarborough Beach Road in Mt Hawthorne, you are super close to shops, cafes, gyms, and restaurants/bars. There is a bus stop that goes to Scarborough or CBD right outside the door, and we have an E-permit for street parking (free parking within a big area). 20ish min walk to Leederville train station also!

The entire house is filtered (showers as well), and we have an ice bath that you'd be welcome to use. There are 2 outdoor areas to catch sun, and a weber that you can use too.

There is a bathroom right off the bedroom that would predominantly be yours to use (we use the upstairs one by our room). There is aircon/heating throughout the house, and space for another TV in the second living space. (We just have not yet purchased). There is a dishwasher, washer, dryer, clothes line, and unlimited TV.

About occupants
We are a couple looking for a respectful housemate for the spare room in the home we own in Mount Hawthorne. Simon works away, usually 2/2 roster. I (Dani) work in Perth doing multiple different jobs, so am in and out at different times of the day. We both love music, and enjoy being out and about on the weekend, however, are pretty quiet on week nights.
