Hi :),

Looking for a single occupant to join the lease until March 2026 and possibly longer as that is our intention. Move in date is from the 21st of June

We are asking for $280 a week including bills such as gas, water and Internet. Also a bond of $750 and two weeks rent upfront so a total of $1310.

The successful person will be living with myself and my partner who are in our early 30s. We're both full time workers who enjoy a quiet evening especially after a long day of work. We are a chill couple that are clean and respectful. And love a good movie/gaming night such as boardgames and console so hopefully someone who likes doing that too :)

We are looking for someone around our age so in their mid twenties to mid 30s and someone who is willing to stay till at least the end of the lease and if things go all well continue to stay for longer. As well being respectful and tidy as this is a quiet neighborhood.

You will have you're own room but it is a shared bathroom. Will be uploading pictures once current person in there has cleared their stuff. There is furniture in the room at the moment such as double bed, desk and wardrobe. Can buy out the current person for $150 for all of the items in there or bring your own if you wish. But new bedding will be needed

There is only one parking spot just out front of the apartment that we are currently using, but there is street parking that is safe and secure and we can arrange to take turns parking on the drive for example bi-monthly.

Sorry but NO couples, partying, drugs etc
