Our wonderful home is a short 5 min. walk to Mullaloo Beach. You will have a bedroom with built in robe and desk. Plus there is an extra room next door with another desk and possibly more wardrobe space. You have your own toilet and bathroom, and your own side entrance. There are multiple areas to enjoy, with a gym and music studio. The back patio is lovely to sit in and listen to the waves at night, or just to relax, entertain etc during the day. There is unlimited wifi included in the weekly rent (as well as gas and electricity). The water bill is usually no more than $20 so I’m happy to absorb that unless it becomes over $50. That would become an extra expense then. Included in the rent is a monthly cleaner and lawn maintenance. There is a car bay in the garage (with remote entry) The area is quiet and calm. Whitfords Shopping Centre is a short drive away, as is Joondalup shopping area. There is a 24x7 IGA a few blocks away as well. We have Mullaloo tavern, Dome Cafe and other food/beverage outlets within a 10-5 minute walk. Plenty of parks close by, and public transport is close as well by the way of buses and train stations. We are in between Joondalup and Whitfords train stations.

About the occupants
I am a responsible, tidy, quiet, yet social, shift worker, looking after Western Australia’s water supply, so you will have the house to yourself some days and some nights. I enjoy sharing meals (if shift allows) but am also independent. Happy to socialise AND give/take personal time alone.
My current housemates will be travelling (and house sitting for a friend) and so we are renting out their share of the house.
