Description of the home

My wonderful home is a short 5 min. walk to Mullaloo Beach. You will have a bedroom with built in robe and desk. Plus there is an extra room next door with more wardrobe space. You have your own toilet and bathroom, and your own side entrance. There are multiple areas to enjoy, with a gym and music studio. The back patio is lovely to sit in and listen to the waves at night, or just to relax, entertain etc during the day.

There is unlimited wifi included in the weekly rent (as well as gas, water, and electricity). Included in the rent is a monthly cleaner and lawn maintenance. There is a car bay in the garage (with remote entry)

The area is quiet and calm. Whitfords Shopping Centre is a short drive away, as is Joondalup shopping area. There is a 24x7 IGA a few blocks away as well. We have Mullaloo tavern, Dome Cafe and other food/beverage outlets within a 10-5 minute walk. Plenty of parks close by, and public transport is close as well by the way of buses and train stations. We are in between Joondalup and Whitfords train stations.
