I have a furnished, freshly painted room for rent in Parkerville 6081 in a cosy, rustic 1980's house on a half acre block surrounded by trees & teeming with bird life... with a family of bandicoots living in the front garden! Easy walking distance to the Parkerville Tavern and walking trails. About 10 minutes to Mundaring town, 25 minutes to the airport, 45 minutes to Perth city.
$260 per week bills & internet included. Queen sized bed. Bathroom is shared (toilet is separate to the bathroom). Offstreet parking - there is public transport nearby, but this is better suited to a car owner. Currently two females living here. We have a cat (strictly indoors) who is not compatible with other pets.

She mostly keeps to herself and lives on one side of the house, only venturing out when she’s ready for her meals—or a quick patrol of her territory. She’s not the cuddly or social type, but she’s sweet in her own low-key way and very easy to live with.
She’s strictly an indoor-only cat, so no other pets, please—she doesn’t share her space well with other animals. Minky adds a calm, comforting presence to the home, watching quietly from the shadows like a little house spirit. You might forget she’s there… until she appears, silent and dignified, when it’s dinner time
