Description of the home
The house is 500 metres from South Street where a lot of buses are available: in one direction to Murdoch Train Station (and Fiona Stanley and St John hospitals), and in the other directions to several areas including Fremantle. The house is also 500 metres from Murdoch University.
There is a shopping centre one kilometre away, and includes a supermarket and a pharmacy and the Hawkers Cafe that sells very
yummy Penang food!
There are 3 bedrooms available, $150-170, and the bedrooms are fully furnished (all new beds and furniture). There is a heater in each room and there are also new bedding and towels if you need them. The bedrooms share a bathroom.
The living areas are spacious and light. One of the living areas has a/c.
The kitchen area includes cutlery, crockery and saucepans etc.
Whitegoods are included: washing machine, fridge, microwave.
There is a large patio at the back.

I teach English to migrants and refugees and I love my job! :)
I will not be in the house all the time.
Happy to share the cleaning.
Not a massive party house but friends are welcome.

If you work or study away from Murdoch, the house has proximity to a lot of buses and to Murdoch Train Station
If you are student at Murdoch Uni, the uni is 500 metres from the house
If you are working or studying at Fiona Stanley or St John hospital, the hospitals are about 2 kilometres away.
