Our house has a self contained fully furnished granny flat with 2 bedrooms with small dining room, kitchen, bathroom and sitting area so this is where you would be living. It has a separate entrance and is at the side of the main house so its pretty much a separate dwelling.
It is only a very short walk approx 300m to public transport and only 1.5 km from UWA and a large shopping centre with 2 supermarkets and various other shops so a 5/10min bus trip to UWA and large shopping centre. At the end of the street about 300m is a small shopping complex with a chemist, bakery, newsagent, post office and doctors surgery, a few hundred metres further is an Indian restaurant, small cinema and hotel/pub. The City is approximately 5/6km away and very easy to get to via public transport.
