A lovely 3 by 2 house in Nedlands located next door to one of Nedlands best cafes ! This house offers a single room with A/C, able to fit a queen/double bed plus storage space. Additionally, it has a built in wardrobe, gated front yard and a local Coles less than 5 minutes away. This house has a newly renovated kitchen with a nice modern look.
You will be sharing with the respectful Paramedics that work shift work, so you must be able to respect their privacy when they are sleeping for night shift.
