My name is Ally, English / Australian. I moved over from Sydney a year ago and I'm much more settled in Perth!! I am really sociable and it's really important that i find people to share with that become friends because i hate the awkward housemate vibes!! (Too old for that ***t!!)
I have 3 rooms available but may just rent out two depending on applications. Its more important as i said that i get the right people. I am also reallllly clean and tidy so please do not apply if you are not!! Unfortunately can't have pets and would prefer long term but open to short. Preferably FIFO or someone who works in an office. £300 PW plus electricity which is 3 monthly. I will cover internet and water bills :) Only asking for 2 weeks bond as that is the minimum notice i'd need if you wanted to move out!
