Second block back from North Coogee beach/Omeo Wreck. Access to bus stop. Swimming pool, and patio area perfect for a single or couple, access to laundry with washer/dryer/clothes line. Available with wifi. Access to Netflix and Apple Prime etc. Ducted air conditioning and heating. Must like dogs we have a rough collie (Lassie) in the house, but she lives upstairs, so won't be bothering you. Access to outdoor kitchen if indoor kitchen is busy. We all get along here in this household, so we are looking for easy going people that like the peace and quiet and are respectful. Street parking available. Room is fully furnished with large screen TV, dressers etc.
