About occupants
My name is Marlene and I am in my 50s and my husband Peter is in his 60s. I work four days in HR/admin, Peter was a pastry-chef and is now semi-retired. He currently works part time as a tour guide/driver. We are both friendly and outgoing, but also enjoy our own space/quiet time and are respectful of other people's social needs. We both enjoy keeping fit (me jogging, Peter cycling), walking, the beach, sleeping in occasionally (me), reading, movies, music and catching up with friends/family.
Compatible people
Friendly, responsible, respectful, health conscious, clean and tidy. We prefer that tenants organise their own shopping and cooking, but we are friendly and are happy to have a chat or share meals/outings occasionally, when everyone's schedules allow it. It is expected that everyone will tidy up after themselves, and share in the housework of the shared spaces.
Description of pets
We have a rescue dog called Parker, who we've had for around 9 months. He's nearly three years old and is a med-large mixed breed. He is friendly and likes people - especially people who will pat, cuddle or play with him. He is well behaved and doesn't chew things. He sleeps outside at night but spends his days moving between inside and outside. No cats please.
