Description of the home

We are FIFO couple (2/1) looking for our next flat mate(s) ☀️

We got a double bed room with a private separate bathroom available in North Perth, very close to the city and public transport (less than 8 min to the city bus ride). Really well situated with Beaches accessible both by car or public transport (15 min car drive to Scarb or City Beach), and easy highway access.

Easy airport access : 25 min car & 35min bus drive (8 min to city + 20min train)

It is a small 2 floors town house with a tiny garden, composed of two main rooms (one is ours, the second is yours) and a 3rd smaller space*. The rooms/ private spaces are upstairs and downstairs you can find the common spaces, including open kitchen, patio, living room, dining table, laundry room & toilets. It also comes with a garage and another parking space in front of the house.

*Last but not least, there is a third smaller room that could be used to receive friends occasionally in that same spirit of prior agreement together.
/!\ that small room is not to be rent on a long term period as we prioritise calm and positive household over too many flat mates.

As we are fifo worker, only present 1.5 weeks per month, it might be that we would not meet much and you would have the house for yourself often; Reason why we are looking for someone really trustworthy, respectful, REAL CLEAN & TIDY and likeminded as we like to maintain a positive atmosphere in the house. Thoses are non negotiable.

We love to get along with flat mate to maintain a nice spirit, having a chat or even share a dinner or tv moment together when the occasion comes, but we also respect privacy and personal space.

It is a No smoking, no heavy drinking nor big parties house as a general rule but we obviously are flexible and understand special celebrations.

We also happy with receiving friends for drink or dinner from time to time as long as everyone is all good with the idea and the matter as been discussed prior.
