Looking for 1-2 other housemates to join a 3-4 bedroom share house within 15-20mins drive from the CBD (hopefully the one pictured in North Perth as I’m applying for it at inspection on 6th Jan, or a similar place.)

I have a golden retriever who needs a bit of garden/outdoor area so that rules out apartments and smaller units, but means there’s enough space for chilling out when wanted :)

Also hoping to find a 2 bathroom place (or even 3 although that’s probably unlikely!)

Very open to others bringing furniture and other household items, I have some that I’m happy to contribute.

I’m pretty flexible in terms of move in date (Jan/Feb) and location.
Other areas I’m looking at: Leederville, Mount Hawthorn, West Perth, Wembley, Subiaco, East Perth, Inglewood, Highgate, Floreat.

About the occupants
I'm mid-30's, a health professional and am from Perth originally, but moved back from Melbourne recently. Work keeps me pretty busy, but otherwise I like being active and outdoors, catching up with family/friends, and re-discovering Perth's growing arts/festival scene. I'm pretty low key when home and like to unwind over a glass of wine, listening to podcasts, watching tv and cooking.

My dog Lucie is 5 and has a typical Golden Retriever nature - laidback and affectionate. She will happily accept pats whenever offered, but is also well-trained and spends most of her time outside or at my feet.
