Bedroom is 3.4m x 2.6m, I currently have a double bed in there but can remove it when you move in (unless you need it). I have a Chester drawer set, a double bed, white fold out desk and bedside table you can use/pick from (I can easily remove them if you don't want anything). Rent doesnt include bills, water is generally about $20-30 each and electricity sits between $125-175 each (per quarter), feel free to ask questions about the house, I generally have 1-2 mates over 1 night a week but otherwise I'm pretty chill and work the 9-5 life.

There is a carport (that I use) and on site uncovered parking. I live next to Hutton St and nearby Main St, so alot of easy public transport access to the city as well as alot of shops closeby on Main St. It's a complex of 8 units and we share the bedroom walls with our neighbour (they're very thick walls and the spare room is at the back of the house). I have a fish tank in the main room and a good sized TV/ Fridge/ pantry, minimal laundry cupboard space/ bathroom cupboard space free if you need it, I also have a desk, printer & computer you're free to use unless I'm working from home, which doesn't happen alot.

This house/ I would work best for someone in their 20s that wants a bedroom with fully furnished living areas, no cats/dogs/small rodents please but animals in your room is fine (fish, snake, similar caged animals ok). I clean the floors weekly and dishes every night (a friday might slip through the cracks here and there), I hope to live with someone with a similar standard of cleanliness. 6 months is perfect for now, we can discuss extending the room lease towards the end of the first 3 months. Otherwise I'm a full-time 9-5 worker who enjoys both being social and having alone time, any gender is ok as long as you're comfortable living with a 27 year old man who has 1-3 mates over once a week.
