Hi I’m a 32 year old female renting out a room in my house in Padbury short term. I’m originally form Ireland and I’m looking for FIFO or a female (preferably) similar age to live with me for about 3-4 months. You have to like dogs as I have 2 that live in the house. I work Monday-Friday.
Foxtel and unlimited wifi included in rent. Gas and electricity is extra. Located a couple of minutes from Whitfords shopping Centre and Whitfords train station. Bus stop across the road to take you to Whitfords station. 5 minute drive to the beach. Large block with outdoor area, parking, a pool and access to a large workshop.
