The bedroom has its own bathroom to the left and to the right an adjoining small snug living room with huge TV with Netflix, L shaped couch and double glass doors with views out on to the pool. It has a small patio area and double windows with west facing views to the lawn area. Sorry I have to take some pictures, but I prefer PM

Our home is located very close to Stirling Hwy and the Cottesloe Train Station (and near to the Grove Shopping Centre and Napoleon St.) The River is a 7 minute walk down our street. There is a gym next door and many cafes and restaurants within a 300 metre walk.

We ( the owners ) live in the home - we are in our 50's but are out a lot as we work in the CBD.
I see this accomodation more suitable to someone that is here in Perth for a short stay / work assignment, and may need an excellent location to live in whilst they may be looking for a long term stay.
Knowing there is a shortage of accomodation for interns, people here for short assignment-based fixed term but needing good facilities - that is probably who we are hoping to help, given the accomodation crisis. So its more like moving to an established home type vibe.
