Room for a couple in a renovated Shoalwater unit, and you'll mostly have it to yourselves.

We're a relaxed couple in our mid-30s looking for a friendly, mature couple or single to take the second bedroom in our upstairs unit from mid-November (exact date TBC).
The best bit: We both work FIFO, and we have trips booked for most of our time off over the coming months. It's our home base, but over the next 6 months we'll be away over 80% of the time, so you'll have the place to yourselves almost entirely.

* Renovated, upper-storey 2 bed, 1 bath
* Small balcony
* Two car bays (one each)
* Partly furnished: fridge, washer, dryer and couch

Location
* 10 min walk to the beach
* 5 min walk to the local shops
* 15 min walk to the pub
* 5 min drive to Rockingham foreshore

Costs
* $480/week for the couple
* Bills are low, just water and power. Since you'll be home far more than us, you'll cover 80% and we'll cover 20%.

The details
* Minimum 6 months, with a written agreement
* 4 weeks bond
* No pets (it's an upstairs apartment)
* No smoking
