I live in a fantastic spot. 10 minute walk to Perths main train and bus station. Easy access to everywhere if you fancy going out, exploring north or south of the river, Fremantle also.

Blue cat (free service) 5 min walk can take you all around the city. Woolies Coles Iga Bars, pubs restaurants and night life are in walking distance. If you like Afl, sports, horse races, biking, its all here, gym is 5 min walk. My apartment is in a quiet complex & security gates with your own key. Secure undercover parking and a storage unit. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. One bedroom and one bathroom will be all yours.2 Balconies.

There is a front loading washing machine and a dryer. Kitchen provides a dishwasher fridge/ freezer, stove, induction hot plate, microwave etc so if you like to cook by all means. With the amount of places to eat around here you might not want to. The apartment is spacious clean quiet & comfy. There is a tv, nice couch, dining area etc.
The only bill will be share of the electricity and thats all. Internet service is great.

As for me I am at work most of the time aged care and just to mix it up Optus stadium, I am really easy to get on with, dte, happy, friendly, respectful and quiet. This is not a party place but of course I don't mind if you have a drink. My last flatmate was italian a fifo worker and it worked out well. Unfortunately he is moving back to Italy to be with his family.
