About the room & apartment:
• Double room queen bed – $450 per week for couple (internet and water included)
• Electricity split monthly
• Great location, spacious living area, and a chilled, friendly vibe!
** There is street parking but with restrictions. Free 6pm until 8am Weekdays, Free Sundays but car park 8min walk away for Saturday Parking ($15 for day). Alternatively there is someone in the block renting their space for $70 a week
