This is a really good price for a short-term stay at The Switch. If you were to book a short-term stay directly with The Switch, it can be around $580+/week, so this is a great opportunity to secure a room at a lower rate while only committing to the remaining 5 months.

🔑 How the lease takeover works:
You’ll first contact me if you’re interested. Once we’ve confirmed everything, I’ll contact The Switch and arrange for the lease to be transferred to you.
After the lease takeover is completed, you will deal directly with The Switch for your lease, payments, maintenance, and any other tenancy matters. You won’t need to go through me.
