The apartment is situated on Lord Street, opposite the NIB stadium. The ECCO building boasts an outdoor pool, sauna, gym and undercover car park. The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has city views from the balcony and is a perfect way to unwind, watching the sun set over the city.

This is a fully furnished apartment. The third room is used as a guest room and the lounge room is colourful, with plenty of sunlight and artworks. I don't have too much furniture - just enough - but with space for your items should you wish to share. Thankfully, there is an air conditioner located in each of the rooms which is much needed during the summer months.

In the Common Areas of the building, there are BBQ facilities, pool table, seating / lounge area.

Hi my name is Deborah. I am a young hearted/minded 40 year old. I think I am still in shock that I am not 30 any more! - Where did the time go?! I love entertaining at home, socialising with friends out and about, attending festivals for the arts and music. I have a time demanding job and work long hours and am often required to work away. Due to long hours and working away, when I am home, home is my safe haven. I take time out at home by enjoying a meal and wine together (or not), entertaining at home with or watching Netflix /movies. Or just enjoying the view with some music.

I enjoy a drama-free, negative-free life. I have some pretty amazing people in my life that have become my family. They are respectful, friendly, loyal and courteous and I am proud to call them my friends. I wish the same in you too in order to share our space.

I am not the type of person to lock myself up in the room, I much prefer to get out and about, or potter about the apartment listening to music.
