The house is connected to the NBN, Netflix and close to amenities.
The bedroom is a good size to accommodate queen size bed, side tables and chest of drawers.
I am looking for a social person to rent the a finished or unfurnished room.
Prefer a person that is fully employed and must be clean and tidy.
