Description of the home

This large 5x2.5 in St Clair in Port Kennedy. My partner and I will be looking to rent out rooms to some amazing, friendly, funny people. We are 45 and 49 years old. The house is furnished, there are 2 furnished rooms. You would have use of the pool ( in summer) and, if you like, the sauna. There is off-road parking, but there is NO covered parking or garage.

The house has a sitting area, shared laundry and bathroom, there is a park across the street. It has a large Chefs kitchen and dining area. It has a beautiful pool and undercover patio area ideal for the spring, summer and autumn. There is even the outside toilet for emergencies. The house has no heating or aircon at the moment, I’m trying to get this fixed. You will need a heater. Internet is included, bills (basic are included excess will be charged).
A cleaner once a week is included for common areas.
It is close to public transport, shopping centre 3 mins or Warnbro 5 mins by car and schools.

Bills and expenses

Bills included electric, gas, water, wifi and Netflix. A cleaner once a week for common areas as well. It is also appreciated that you help keep the house clean too. We all have to chip in.
