3*2 house, to share with one male aged 52 health professional. Living area is open-plan, with a separate 'theatre-room' which I use for home gym. Lock-up garage is attached. Very quiet area. Outside is alfresco off main living area with BBQ, spa, tv. Choice of 2 rooms, both same size, the remaining room be a spare bedroom.
Very close to public transport, both bus and train (5min to both Cannington and Queens Park trains), close to airport for FIFO workers 10-15min.

Garry, 51yrs male, health professional. Easy going. Relaxed atmosphere is what I like. Love my bbq and spa. I am not shy getting about in just jocks. The person I share my house with has to like dogs, I have a very friendly mutt although he is getting on in yrs. I love to cook, but hate cooking for myself, much better when I share my kitchen disasters. Wash it down with a beer or cheap wine. Am quite happy pottering about the house, in the garden or just chilling outside with a movie or taking mutt for a walk.
