Description of the home

The house is a single storey owned by myself with plenty of room both in kitchen area and living area!! Kitchen is fairly new and has all you need to cook and eat!! Located side of house is a secure double lock up garage!! Probably need to rotate cars in and out for work circumstantces. Back of the house i have some outdoor furniture near the pool area which is nice to go chill out in!! Front of house has shutters on windows and a security door so pretty safe and secure. I will supply a set of keys & garage remote for car when you move in. The house is located close to Belmont & airport and is 15mins from city. Bus stops located outside the house, walking distance.

Excluding the bedroom, the bathroom is shared. I have another room used as a office….feel free to use it anytime.

Bills and expenses

The bills cover water, gas, electricity and wifi!! I also have a tv box which has access to all channels worldwide!! I would expect the tenant to buy household cleaning stuff and there own washing power, toiletries etc don’t mind sharing either!! Just chip in when you can I guess!!!
