My current housemate is moving out, so I'm looking for anyone ready to in from mid-May 2026.

The room is light and bright, looking out to the backyard and pool. It has a queen bed, wardrobe and bedside tables.

Looking for the right fit for our home and someone who is friendly and becomes part of our little family but still recognises when space is needed.

I built my new home only 6 yrs ago.
The home is super close to the airport, river, shops (including Woolies, DFO and Costco) and about 15 mins to the city centre or Optus Stadium. Public transport is everywhere here - train, multiple buses.
The home has ducted air con & heating (but designed so not really needed), huge kitchen, loads of storage, dishwasher, washer, dryer..... close to heaps of parks and places to visit.
