Hello to our new housemate!! :)

Me and my current housemates are non judgmental, non-in your face type of people. We are tidy and like keep the house very very clean. As I owe the house I don’t ever have rent inspections. I only ask that you please keep your room and our home clean and tidy. We organise cleaning schedules that will suit you best. It never takes long to clean.

We have a wonderful entertaining area- decking out the back, sunny lounge-room with a 75 inch wall mounted TV and big kitchen. There is also a guest toilet downstairs so your guests don't have to run upstairs if you have people over.

We are friendly, love a laugh and a drink at times but mostly enjoy and respect private time. If you are a student or work from home and need somewhere quiet to study- our house is perfect for you.

There is street parking and also a spare carpark up in front of the house. 2 minute walk to the bus stop to the city and connections. 2 minute walk to IGA, cafe, laundromat, amazing kebab shop etc.

I also have a cat pet named Chino. He’s gorgeous and friendly and will love you to bits. Don’t scratch his belly because if you do he will follow you around forever :) He was adopted / rescued 2 years ago.
