Super close to lake Richmond, across the road is a small convenience store, bottle shop, bakery. Bus stops across the road. It’s just me normally in this big house, but you will have your own upstairs lounge room, and share upstairs bathroom with 2 young girls 10/12 every second week. They grew up in a hostel overseas so they are cool with housemates. I do travel quite a bit so the house will be all yours while I’m away.
