It's a 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, double garage house built in nineties on a fairly big (700+m2) block. It has sweeping pool and couple of shades. One or two rooms are up for rent.
House is walking distance away from beach and local shoping centre. Five minutes walk to the nearest bus stop. Large oval and park are cross the road. Primary and secondary school too.

About the occupants
I'm 52 years old fifo worker on 8/6 roster. I live in the house with 22 years old son and 2 medium size dogs. We are chilld and respectful people that mind their own business. We both smok outdoor so we don't mind renting rooms to smokers, but smoking or vaping is not allowed in the house. No drugs or extensive use of alcohol either.

Description of pets
We have two medium size dogs thet are good guardians. They are no much used to unfamiliar people in the house so they may be a bit reserved at the begining. Dogs are not aggressive and no danger to anyone but they would probobly stay away with occasional bark towards new occupants in a first couple of days. After short time they'll settle and become your best friend that greeting you excited every time when you ener the door. From some unknown reason to me they are more open towards girls, then towards men.
