3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms villa in nice quiet neighbourhood (Harrington Waters estate). House is fairly new with modern bathrooms and kitchen. You will have one of two smaller bedrooms (still biger than average room, it could fit double bed with a lot of space around left). Bathroom and toilet would be shared with one another person.
Kitchen, living room and laundry are to be shared with other two residents - 37 years old man who works long hours, six days a week and 27yo woman that has part time job.
They are long term tenants, reliable, clean, friendly and respectful towards others.

Description of pets
I have two medium size dogs thet are good guardians. They are no much used to unfamiliar people in the house so they may be a bit reserved at the begining. Dogs are not aggressive and no danger to anyone but they would probobly stay away with occasional bark towards new occupants in a first couple of days. After short time they'll settle and become your best friend that greeting you excited every time when you ener the door. They are not kept in this property all the time, only when I'm up north.
