5 minute drive or 30 minute walk to the beach, surf club, woolworths and coles, restaurants and a bar. Good bus routes, 10 minutes to the kwinana freeway. 20 minutes to Rockingham and Mandurah. There are two lounges in the home so there is enough space to spread out and have alone time. The bedroom available is in the picture, there is no bed so would need to bring own. There is some furniture - bedside drawers and a desk which can be left or moved out. The housemate/s will have the main bathroom to themselves.
