Secret Harbour

Description of the home

Renting a room (or two) in Secret Harbour.
Happy to have couples or singles.

The bathroom available is the ‘guest bathroom’. It would be yours but also available to guests (or if the second room is rented).

I have heating and AC in the house that is controlled through an app on your phone (or the panel on the wall). There is a washing machine and dryer available. Dishwasher in the kitchen and two fridges.

The house is fully furnished. There is an option to use the bed I have if you wish or it can be dismantled and you’re welcome to bring your own in.

(The Christmas tree in the bedroom will be removed haha!)

The house is roughly 100m to the closest bus stop, 100m to the shops, 200m to the pubs and gym and 1km to the beach.

Bedrooms are also at opposite ends of the house so you have your privacy.

Happy to negotiate on bills if needed, especially for FIFO.

Bills and expenses

Bills are split equally between anyone living in the house. Considerations are made for anyone working FIFO and bills will be spilt depending on time home and away.
