Description of the home

Hi Everyone I am looking to rent a room in my 4x2 home in Seville Grove. I am the owner of the house and I am only looking to rent out one of the spare rooms to someone who would be a good fit.

A bit about me - I am a 32 year old professional who works a full-time Monday-Friday job. I am an early riser and live a fairly active lifestyle and would ideally hope to have someone here who is living a similar lifestyle (or as is at least willing to put up with regular 6am blenders being run and coffee beans being ground up haha)

I am someone who likes to watch footy and sport on weekends around the house, and will occasionally have some mates around for an occasional social gathering on a weekend. But for the most part live a fairly routine driven life and don't have others around here very often, so it will be a place where you won't feel crowded or disturbed with whatever you have going on.

Internet and TV included in rent price. Utility bills split ongoing.
