Description of the home
The room is fully furnished and ready to move in. It also comes with a covered carport with a secure roller door for secure parking. Water and fast speed internet included in the rent. Electricity and gas will be shared equally among tenants (approx. 15-20 p/w).
There is a ducted evaporated air conditioner which is helpful for keeping the home cool and comfortable throughout the summer days.
Prefer long term stay, minimum 6 months. FIFOs are welcome.
Due to its location, having your own transport is highly recommended.
