Description of the home
I have a comfortable 4-bedroom home in Seville Grove that I have been renovating and improving over the past few years.
The home has an updated bathroom and toilet, kitchen, undercover parking and a large covered outdoor entertaining area. A remote-controlled gate and security cameras are also being installed.
The available rooms are compact but comfortable, private and secure. Blackout blinds make them particularly suitable for FIFO and shift workers.
The household is relaxed, respectful and easy-going. I’m friendly and always happy to help others and simply ask that everyone living here treats the home and each other with the same respect.
The house is conveniently located close to Armadale and Kelmscott train stations, bus routes, shopping centers and convenience stores, with parks, gyms and an aquatic center
also nearby.
I’m looking for someone clean, respectful and easy-going who wants a comfortable place to call home.

I’m easy-going, friendly and respectful of other people’s space. When I’m home I enjoy working around the house, renovating, getting to the gym, catching up with friends and generally keeping fairly active.
