I live in a beautiful little townhouse in South Perth and need to find a housemate to share with! It is in the best location - right off canning highway, 2 minute walk from The Como and just a 5 minute drive away from South Perth foreshore and the city. There is also a bus stop 2 minutes away on Canning Highway. Really perfect for anyone working in or close to the city. This is a home so not looking for a party animal and must be clean.

A little bit about myself! I have an office job and work Mon - Fri 8am-4pm and usually after work I will head to the gym as I enjoy a fit & healthy lifestyle but I definitely enjoy a wine or two on occasion !
I am not a party animal, I like to go out every now and then though and not opposed to a walk over to the como for a cheeky drink. I am tidy and extremely considerate. If I am not working or at the gym you'll find me at the foreshore, catching up on study or indulging in some netflix. If you are a considerate and friendly person that is a good start. Obviously being clean and respectful of the shared areas is essential. A party animal is not desired, this is more suited for someone who is up for a good time on occasion but also respects that this is a home environment. Ideally I am looking for another female, but may consider a male FIFO worker dependent on the person and if we get along.
Description of pets
I have an adorable male ginger cat named Charlie who is 5 years old. Charlies main hobbies include lying in the sun and sleeping and so he does not bother anyone who lives here. He is also scared of everyone and mostly resides under my bed. Unfortunately the Real Estate will not allow any more pets however so no other pets are permitted.
