The bedroom is extremely spacious, enough to currently fit my queen bed, two shelving units, a desk, and still plenty of space to roll out my yoga mat! The wardrobe has four sliding screen doors (two which are mirrors) which is built for a couple, so there is more than enough storage space. There is a large window with good quality blinds. The door can be also be locked.

The ensuite bathroom is modern and includes a shower, basin and mirror, toilet, window and a large storage drawer. The room catches the glorious morning sun, and glows at golden hour in the afternoon. It is simply perfect and I'm quite sad to be leaving it! But excited for someone else to experience living in this beautiful space.

The house is in the best location ever. It is on a quiet street but has all the perks of a perfect location - only a small walk away from bus stops, the South Perth Library, Farmer Jacks, Coles, Dan Murphy's and The Como Hotel, cafes on Angelo Street, a local gym, and the foreshore.

Bills and expenses

Rent for the master bedroom and ensuite, as well as all shared furniture and appliances will be $300 a week. Bills are divided evenly. My housemates use an app called Splitwise to ensure all shared expenses are fairly divided.
