Edit: I had this advert up seemingly forever and only managed to meet a couple of ladies so when it expired I let it slide. I have reactivated because I have an urgent requirement in order to meet the rent which has gone up at the same time as my income has gone down. Would prefer women but prepared to consider guys also. FYI you will need to be approved by the agency as sadly I don’t own the property.

Two story property with two bedrooms available to rent downstairs which I am looking to make available to either two separate individuals or a couple. Female preferred as it’s just me and my 12 year old daughter who is with me part time, shared custody with her Dad. House is opposite park, allotment style garden which needs replanting, walking distance to Phoenix shopping centre. Split system Aircon to lounge / kitchen. Downstairs shared bathroom and toilet, shared laundry but my daughter and I can also try to use upstairs more to keep downstairs freer.
