Looking for someone to move into the second bedroom in my two story Subiaco fully furnished townhouse.
$325pw (NOT including gas and WIFI are split evenly)
My place is generously sized and fully furnished. Its a 1 bathroom with a second downstairs. The room is a queen sized room with a mirrored built in wardrobe and aircon. the balcony is large and looks onto a huge pool/ gym. The complex is a 1 minute walk to the train station/ shops/ bars and restaurants.
(dog pictured lives with mum but comes for the occasional visit)
